Hey guys i just started hrt i just got my perscription im taking 2 mg estradiol 2 tablets in the morning and night and Spironolactone 50 mg tablets and i take one in the morning and one at night. This is currently day two you can see my progress from my old forum but ill post pics of my results on hrt in a month
