In my case, she never has. She stumbled across my high-heels once, challenged me about it, to which I basically said, "So, why is that a problem?" She said it's weird and it freaks her out, because it means I'm a weird homo. I could tell there really was no point in pursuing it further, for acceptance. Since somewhere around that time, we have no longer have a sex life, no matter how vanilla I would make it. Menopause in women can be a real beast.
After 10 years, it doesn't really matter anymore. I feel more femme when naked than when dressed, so CD really isn't a big deal for me. Though, If I ever had a partner who was into it, I'd be all over it in a flash.
