So I had a strange feeling happen to me the other day. I was sitting relaxing about 2 hours after I had eaten breakfast and taken my morning round of PM, Reshi, and WP. I actually felt my heart beating in my breasts. Now it wasn't like your heart beating in your chest like after a good run, but rather I could feel each heartbeat as almost a pulse through each breast! I'm hoping it is the start of a growth spurt!
Anyone else ever feel anything similair?
