I purposely stopped PM for about 30 days before I went to my GD.  I wanted a true baseline for him to start his magic.  I was on .050 patches to begin with and lost breast as well.  It took 2 months then  BOINGGG  It seemed like overnight, they sprang back up.

I asked him about it, he suggested that since I was taking pseudo Estrogen, that it took quite a bit for the Estrogen to start up....  It had to get into the receptors of the cells and displace the PM.  Hence the loss of tissue and the time it took to start seeing results.  Made sense to me, especially after looking at a lot of Lotus's research and musings.

Estradiol is about 20 times more potent than the Estrogenic effects of Soy, so figure out the math, that makes Pharma E about 8 - 10 x stronger than PM.
