don't think i will ever mess with saw palmetto again still have it but it gave me head aches and also thought i was hotter. have read in the past flew like symptoms and that would probably be what i was experiencing.
would it be frond upon to start a diary in hopes for input and or help from other members? still looking around and plan to start some kind of BO program. however still in research mode such as it is. this is something i plan to take very seriously and want do everything i can to achieve at least minimal success.
Other members may have better understanding of BO.
