Heres my update i started hrt on january 9th . Im getting good growth so far and am excited for more changes to come let me know what you guys think ^^. My skins gotten softer but im kind of waiting for everything to settle i suppose im deciding if i should add milk thistle to my hrt program of estradiol and spiro i heard good things about it. I am feeling more breast tissue to build up so im going to also try doing massages a lot more..
