If your testosterone is at female levels then you won’t have to worry too much about bulking up. It is very difficult for a trained female athlete in her prime to acquire much bulk without taking additives and doing serious training. Testosterone - or its equivalent - is important to bulking up for most people.
Look at Olympic class female sprinters, skiers, sprint/pursuit cyclists, and speed skaters for example. You would expect them to have very large thighs, however they - although bigger than your sedate female’s - thighs do not approach the size of men’s thighs who pursue the same activity.
Will you gain some muscle size if you train with weights? - more than likely. Will you get bulky? - highly unlikely to no.
