I`m so pleased to hear that found releif from Anxiety and have a bit more confidence as well now! that is Sooooo cool! I remember this happening to me as well, I think quite a few can relate to what you`re feeling. personally, if it works then stick with it! you at least have some breathing space now to think a bit more clearly what (if anthing) you want to do next, than in itself is worth its weight in gold! xx
