So i just got my Extract from Hawaii Pharm and the Ratio for the extract is 1:3
On the bottle it says
1 serving = 970 mg or .7-1ml (20-30 drops)
I was taking 500mg of powdered white peony x 3 a day which has been perfect and I want to keep it similar
so in essence i would only 166mg of liquid or .16 ml to equate my 500mg?
I know the conversion from solid to liquid can be obscure but this is what they list on the extract so that's what I am basing my calculation off of.
Any input is most appreciated!
