It makes particular sense to me.
Experimentation with various breast forms and bras led me to the realization that only with a slim waist could a feminine form materialize for me.  And, after shedding all the intra-abdominal fat and regaining a boyish figure, I’ve found that this serves better for making me feel femme than would sacrificing physical strength and acquiring boobs.  Having a fluffy blonde pony tail makes me as androgynous as I dare to be, in public.  In private, I only slightly miss my girlish titties, which, if I had them, would then make me feel upset about my weathered male face.
