not saying your right or wrong,

but if your determined womanhood is correct for you which judging from your looks and development
certainly seems that way

Why dont you have an oriechthomy

Once the testicles are gone the estrogen intake you need would be so low either from
pharma or natural

Would solve many possible problems ?

Hi Julie,
it would solve a lot of problems, true, but I would be obligated to go on Androcur 50 mg for 1 year. That’s the protocol in my country because without 1 year of Androcur they simply refuse to write a letter.

If I’m going to see dr Arnkoff in Detroit who does informed consent orchiectomies, I would need  to save up $3000 for the procedure, at least $1000 to stay a week in a hotel in the area, 500$ living expenses for a week, 1500$ airfare and if you come from overseas he wants 1 letter that would come to 500-1000$.
I’m already in college debt to finance my studies, so that’s 7000$ I can’t cough up at the moment. But in the midlongterm that is definitely something I consider.

Going fulltime was what solved most of my dysphoria. Just being out there and getting to live as me 24/7. Herbal HRT have done lots of good things since I switched 3 months ago.

I will also have permanently low T after 3 years on strong pharma HRT. My leydig cells surely have been irreversibly damaged, so T will never climb up in male ranges again after all that time.
