hi again, im back
it was my mistake:
my breast size is not 90B, is 35B. the unit is different from my country.

first day :
I took a 500mg capsule at 6pm and 8pm.
the symptom is my heart beats differently. maybe little faster?
and the chest is little aching and so tired

how do you think 
is it just mental effect?
