I got maca and milk thistle from the seller. 14 pills each
so I added it
day 2:
PM : 2000mg
Maca : 2 pills
so tired than yesterday. and my chest still aching
day 3:
PM : 500mg x 3(at 7am 11am 5pm)
BO : 250mg x 2 (7pm and keeping my body warm)
Maca : 2 pills
Milk Thistle : 2 pills
not so tired than yesterday, but I can still feel something in chest
nothing more special.
so I added it
