Fat transfer massage would be great if it were true. I have no hips and a large muffin top. My hips are 40" and my waist is around the same size - 38-40" depending where you measure. I'm actually thinking of getting a Noogleberry for my hips/butt. Hopefully it will work on my chest too (it's a different shape than the normal one.
