Hello Pansy-Mae,
I certainly understand you comments about "uncertainty".
My regime began about 14 months ago. Initially I took FG, SP etc with just a hint of feelings in my chest.
At the Easter just gone I changed to PM. I can honestly say the feelings in my chest have been enjoyable.
My changes has been definite but small.
My concern is my age. I retired in September 2009 and if PM doesn't give me what I want time is passing by.
I would say anyone under 40 has plenty of time to take PM and then if things don't develope to be able to switch to another regime.
I shall continue taking PM until next Easter which will have been a year. Then I will have to ask the question; "what can I do now" as I am determined to achieve my goal?
Remaining positive is difficult I know and patience is a much used word on the forums.
Good luck in your quest.
Kind regards,
Sarah
