I normally avoid this area of the forum like the plague! but I think even some of my story may help with this.
a Long time ago when still keeping up appearances and unaware I was trans, stuff down there stopped working, it was shortly after we had our second child and she had her tubes tied because of her age, we were happy with 2.
I`v tried both Viagra, Cialis, and Neither of them worked at all, the viagra no effect apart from low -level background headache, and the Cialis didn`t even do that, so I took 2 of them and still nothing! until next day when I could hardly move, all my joints were in too much pain and that lasted for nearly 3 days.
mine was psychological, basically I`d gone back to hating the thing like I did as a kid, but it wasn`t a conscious thing (yet).
again, as with all things medical and possibly psychological, YMMV, but Defo do NOT take 2 of them! LOL
