I got some definition with ldb lamooni product from Thailand and but a soon moving to synthetic hormones I'd consider these patches as an option to start with. I'd stay away from herbals as they do not create a passable individual.. thought they are very good for starters and to get early definition.. I have natural long hair though .. it just grows with or without estrogen
