I used 500mg in the morning and 500mg in the afternoon/evening. Probably late evening would be best if you can do that.

OK, so I'm just trying to put this together. The packets that I received are 100 grams each, so, as per your own dosage, I guess that one packet should be good for 100 days then.

I guess I'll have to take the amount that would fit into approx one capsule then, if one were to break it down like that. This translates to around  1/4 of a teaspoon full.

What do you think?

Capsules would have been better you could buy the swanson brand and it works just fine.

just don't over do it because from what i have read online you don't want the nasty side effect.

Yes, I'm going to have to get the capsules. No other way to control dosage.
