That sissification might lead to transgenderism is potentially true, like many other ways of life. But that sissification usually leads to transgenderism is wrong, as in "it's not true".
Sissification, seen as a form of forced feminization, implies that you follow a specific role that sees you taking a womanly role in a dom/sub relationship where you are the sub. "Sissy" (for some reason, I am not and English native speaker) is used as "weak", so a sissified man is a submissive beta-male, in sissy fiction and hypnos not wordy of being a woman or a man. That is not transgenderism, it's humiliation. If anything, some transgender people may be attracted to the sissy lifestyle, but as far as I read on Reddit it's quite rare that a transgender person choses to be a "beta person" and embraces "sissy" as their lifestyle.
Sissification is a derivate of the machistic society we live in, where if you are not alpha-male then you can only be a beta one. I can understand it as an off shoot of BDSM but not as an actual and only reason for transgenderism.
