Thanks for the tip. Noogleberry has their own forums (and sometimes discount codes can be found there too). I came across one person who got to a C cup with no HRT. And they were thin and genetic male. They also got a bigger butt from "noogling". I'm still skeptical that result is common, but that's partially due to not having much success despite being on HRT.
