Funny that you should mention that.
Just this past week I searched for breast massaging techniques on the Internet, and found the hand-above-and-below rolling technique on YouTube. A cupped hand underneath the breast and the other on top, and rolling both hands in opposite directions. This technique seems to work for me. Following about 15 minutes all round of this it feels like my areolas and nipples have been injected and are standing a lot more proud. So I've added this now and it looks like it is making a difference.
