Hey all sorry for the lack of responce.
First of all I had stopped self medding. When I was self medding on hrt, my gender dysphoria went away.
No suprise it came back again a few months after but much harder than before.
I rang a gender psychotherapist to make an appointment, she was awesome to talk to and helped me with a lot of my feelings. She done an assesment which approved me to get a referal to get hrt and other surgeries down the track.
Now I booked an appointment to see an endo next month to start hrt. They also require a GP referal to see the endo and some bloodwork done before my appointment. They where happy to book me in as I only have a phyc referal which was great.
