Helps to see my old notes here it is March 2020 I have been taking the Bo  still after a good month-and-a-half break this year I noticed going back to my routine of four pills in the morning and at 4 in the late afternoon the only super noticeable thing is that my left eyelid as before is trying to swell slightly so now that I see my notes I am positive that what I thought would be a new way to try now was what I tried before 2 and then separate two more at a later amount of time just spacing it out I guess
