For the last few months I've been using just pm serum applied directly to breasts and SP and it's worked quite well.

I'm actually taking the SP for BPH but I included it because I know its often used for NBE.

Just recently I switched from the pm serum to an estrogen cream I found on Amazon. 

Has anyone else gone this route? Does anyone have any tips on how to increase the absorption?
