Thank you. I am taking them fairly evenly throughout the day. As for my liver, that's the reason why I'm taking Milk Thistle and Dandelion Root. Both are known for their helping the liver. I will likely not take SP after I run out of this bottle, so that should help. And, I am taking calcium already in preparation of PM.
