So I started last summer with PM. For the last two to three months I have been taking a steady regimen as follows:
PM x 500 x 2 three times a day ( 3000 total - a lot, I know)
SP x 425 x twice a day
Maca x 500 x 1 x three times a day
MSN x 325 x 2 twice a day
I have not gained weight but I am noticing a rounding of my hips. I work out and do a lot of glute exercises trying to round out my butt but it is tough. I have always had a flat butt. But it is working and I am seeing shape there now.
When I first started, my underbust was 36, and across my nipples was about 38 1/2". This quickly moved up to 40" in a couple of months but I had noticed no difference after that since about earlier this Fall.
Yesterday I looked in the mirror and noticed distinct projection through my T-shirt. I got out the measuring tape, and wow! I am now at 41 1/2 across the nipples. I guess a I am reaching a point where I may have to slow down lest this become too obvious. But it is tough to do, as I just love the feeling! :-)
