Erections with some pain
#3

Thank you Shirazmn for your reply.

I think I figured out what's going on. It's called "deep dorsal vein thrombosis" or "Penile Mondor's disease (PMD)."

"Mondor's disease of the penis is a rare entity with a reported incidence of 1.39%." (Though it is likely very under-reported/under-diagnosed.) "It usually presents as a painful cord or fibrotic area in the dorsal surface of penis accompanied by intense pain." "The etiology of Mondor disease is unknown but has been associated with many factors such as sexual activity, prolonged abstinence periods, direct trauma to the penis..." "Most cases resolve within 4 to 6 weeks..."

My pain isn't intense, but it could become that way if the size of the cord-like structure increases in size. My case was possibly triggered by my sudden lack of penile erections and activity.
