Hey guys, I've been lurking here for quite a while and it seems as if NBE has a lot of potential to turn men into busty transgenders. I've done most of the research into the herbs that Lotus has listed in her notes. So I've come to this solution for complete feminization. It consists of three individual stacks taken on each tanner stage:
Primer Stack (Tanner stages 1 - 2):
This stack prepares the body for changes that occur in the next stack. This is taken for 6 months to a year.
Hops 500mg (For ER-alpha activation)
Fenugreek 1000mg (Adaptogen & Prolactin)
Chinese Skullcap 1000mg (Inhibits DHT)
Red Clover 1000mg (Inhibits DHT & Binds to Estrogen Receptor)
Main Stack (Tanner Stage 2 - 4):
This is where the magic happens. Now that the body has very low DHT, the body has potential for physiological changes (feminization) with the help of aromatizing herbs that have anti DHT effects. This stack is to be taken on an empty stomach every morning along with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for optimal growth hormone production. Consumption of fats and proteins after the exercise regimen may accelerate feminization and/or estrogen production. Only GABA is needed as an HGH at night time mainly because it causes a 400% increase in HGH during sleep. It has half the effect it has during exercise in the morning compared to night time. Don't worry so much about the men's multi. Men's and womens multi are basically the same except men's multi has high doses than women's multi depending on the brand. It's fine if you want to supplement something along with it if there's something from women's multi that you need or just replace men's multi with women's multi. As for the Progestrone and EMU oil, they help with lobule development and branching after some time has been spent with everything else in the main stack. EMU oil helps the PC permeate the skin to reach the inner breast through the nipples.

Maturation Stack (Tanner Stages 4 - 5):
This stage is for breast maturation and lactation through use of raising prolactin after gaining maximum results from the main stack. The progestrone and EMU oil that developed the lobules paved the way for the breasts to begin producing milk. This stack may increase fat tissue and fill the lobules with milk.

Everything in these stacks are meant to work in tandem. It doesn't guarantee monster tits or anything, but this is what i think would work of one wanted such tits. Does this sound great, or too complicated? Feel free to call me a moron...or don't.
