I just ordered the same (London here) and I used them in the past, they were working fine.
The caps contain pure PM powder, so it's easier to calculate the amounts.
One week at 500mg/day should reveal any intolerances.
From then on, the advised dosage is 2 caps per day (one AM, one PM) and I found that it work for me. You shouldn't expect a super fast development at that rate, but in about 2 or 3 months you should go through budding.
Many people on this site upped the dose to 2000 or 3000 mg/day (4 to 6 caps) but that doesn't always translate to fastest growth. So, start with 1000mg/day (apart from week 1) and see if you have any problems. I also always suggest to do 3 weeks on, 1 week off, to cleanse hormone receptors.
