www.pueraria-mirifica.co.uk works for me. I've been using them for years and their delivery is excellent.
As for dosage, I don't think there is any point in splitting one capsule, just take the one for the first weeek or so and then go up to 2.
Personally I found that I needed to go up to 4, in stages, to get results and that took 3 months almost to the day to get budding. ( FWIW, 5 or 6 a day results in the headache from hell that no painkillers can shift!)
