I am on a cycle of 3 weeks on and 1 week off. I take 3200mg RR, 2000mg PM and 3000mg FG and more but those are key components in my opinion. I have a high libido because of the FG. My penis is not shrinking. My balls are shrinking a little bit but getting normal again being off everything for 1 week. My sperm production is ok and almost normal after 5 days off. Due to my sensitive breasts I can have normal erections whenever I want or when I get aroused by something (i.e. porn). Nightly and morning erections are getting weaker after 1 week on and are gone after 2 weeks on but come back after being off.

You can't get sterile just from herbals.
