Thanks for posting a brill list, I'm in the UK and just starting out on my NBE journey so have only been using PM cream for a couple of weeks.

I can't say it's just the PM as I pump and massage, but I am utterly amazed at how much fuller my breasts are and I can feel some changes going on deep in my breasts.
I think my next step will be up my green tea then add PM and FG supplements, so your supplier suggestions look really interesting.
