Dydrogesterone by itself is a perfect replacement for Progesterone for us genetic males. It has very little off-target activity, as shown on this Wikipedia article on Progestogens. Unlike Progesterone it does not raise SHBG, and has a far smaller impact on DHT conversion. When taken orally it is well absorbed.
