It works within about 1 hour or less. Minimal side effects that are very similar to Viagra. I suggest if you do use it, ONLY take a half of a capsule or less the first time you use it. It is very powerful. You could get a rapid blood pressure drop. I find that it works for me with as little of a dose as 1/3 of a capsule.
