Lol, I did didn't I. Eating well really does benefit breast growth. Too much sugar spikes insulin, and as a result testosterone spikes.

There was a saying some years ago about if you want bigger boobs then eat more pies, lol, it was a humorous scarcastic point, but way off point.

It was funny btw when I got into NBE, I soon noticed that I eat a lot of beneficial foods that were listed somewhere over here.
