I have just come off of 6 months on estradiol (2 mg/day) and have returned to fenugreek, using 1240 mg, 3 times a day.

I was thinking of adding 1 mg of estradiol back in daily along with the fenugreek.

Has anyone used estradiol with fenugreek and if so does it help for breast growth or do the two just cancel each other out?
