I find that post a little intriguing 'straight dudes with tits'. But first of all sorry to read about the big C from 2014 not nice to hear of a brother going through hell just to get that. We only place 100 percent trust in our colleagues and putting your life into the trust of strangers....well cannot imagine how that is. Yeah also ex military too, British Recon but have developed differently and probably dissapointingly so. Am a bit older, a few years not military anymore but private sector so body armour, guns, constant and relentless training is still my daily thing. BUT! Feminisation? Idk? Is there a stage when it goes too far. Am still in that Alpha role only because I'm still freikishly fast but extraordinarily dainty too, just bodily I mean. Don't mince around the place calling people 'darling' not that stereotypical . Well nobody looks quite so dainty in full gear But have lost all muscle mass and am nuturally small anyway, was always straight, always. However not only because function down there is lost but I'm100 percent  female in bed now. That may be disturbing or even offensive for some but am wondering if there is a certain  stage in feminisation where our sexual orientation may change. I mean tits, yes got those but have so very, very much more body changes,  I didn't see it coming, was absolutely unexpected but am happy now.
