What should my dosage be for just starting fenugreek? I am going to use the Nature Valley 610 mg capsules. I will mix the powder inside the caps with olive oil and freeze them to make a suppository like how nipplyrussel does it. I don't know how much I should put in each suppository since suppositories are supposed to be stronger than taking it orally.
