From what i know you can use Progesterone Cream on chest (breasts), wrists, inner thighs and behind neck. For the dosage it depends on the product you purchase, usually they come up in a bottle with a "pump" and the dosage is usally just one pump with an already defined amount of product.
You can use it daily or use it every once in a while (i for example do 1 day on 2 days off), but if you use it daily remember to change place of usage quite often to prevent dermal fatigue (the ones i mentioned above can be used once at a time). That's what i learnt from previous posts of Lotus and some advices from HelloDiDi.

EDIT: i forgot to mention that when you use Progesterone Cream on breasts, you should not touch your areolas/nipples. I don't remember what exactly happens if you do it, but i remember you should avoid getting cream on those parts or it could harm further development.
