Pictures size limit is under 500kb, you can use a picture resizer site like "picresize dot comm".
If it still doesn't work (the attachment system), maybe you need to change the forum style appearence, check the support page of this forum one of the lowest section threads in the main page of  Breast Nexum.

There are also a couple more options to upload pictures, not sure if there is a guide there. In an extreme case i could try to make a quick guide about it.
