Also reading what you said to Maze, that you want some overall body feminization is a perfectly understandable goal. Just because the forum is called Breast Nexum it doesn't mean you can't ask for something else. The members here are pretty much open and always try to give a hand or two, we can all learn from eachother with support.
That said, you can go for PM only as it will still work, HelloDiDi has done this for quite a while and you can check their progress if you are interested. But it will take much more time and will struggle a bit, as NBE has been explained by Lotus: usually phytoestrogens work best when paired with Anti-Androgens.
That's the most basic advice i can give and i'm pretty sure you know it already.
I don't want to self-promote, but if you are looking for something simple you could check my program. It has been pretty basic for quite a long time with just Reishi and Pueraria Mirifica, only very recently i added Progesterone Cream and in a matter of days i will add MSM too.
In the first months with only Reishi and Pueraria Mirifica i got quite some degree of feminization: like smaller waist and larger hips. Not by much but considering i took it slow and easy with low dosages, it might be still quite a decent result. Important thing to note is that i am also kinda overweight and don't train much, if i trained and lost some weight i would probably be able to tell how the presence of NBE could have influenced body remodelling.
Keep in mind that Reishi and Pueraria Mirifca already impacted my libido at quite small dosage. It is not a problem for me, i don't find it too much of a hassle. But if you are concerned with your libido and sexual acitivity make sure to evaluate it.
