I myself took 300-1200mg PM with many breaks due to loss of libido for the first year and was still able to show off my upper body in public (beach, gym, sauna). Cycling (a few days or a week off of everything every month) can aid loss of libido but slows down your progress. Progesterone as well can aid loss of libido.
So you can just go with PM but as Alexis said, anti-androgen are key too. As you are looking for overall body feminization, you should be fine with a low dose of 500-1000mg PM (slow breast growth). But to get a good female fat redistribution you will need reishi. And probably like 6-10g RR would be good but start slow at 1-2g and look how you feel. You can get RR really cheap from ebay and RR extract equal to 10g RR from Amazon. (to Germany)
If you want to get a perfect female shape, you have to do some work. Like running or (butt, full body) home workout or hitting the gym.
