Your story is similar to a lot of us here, so what your going through is nothing new.
My standard advice to you is to find a good gender therapist, and talk out your feelings.
Everyone here will offer their advice and stories, but you need someone to ask you the hard questions and then point you in the right direction.
You have had the talk with your self which is excellent so moving in the right direction is where you need to be.
Your breasts have grown very nicely, so congratulations. I'm not the expert but your nipples have really darkened, maybe someone else can chime, if that's the normal path.
And thanks for finally sharing your story and i look forward to hearing more good stuff.
