Like everyone start with a low dosage of PM for a month or two then ramp it up over time.
I'm taking 3000mg of pm. 1000 at breakfast and 2000mg at dinner along with.
Moringa Oleifera twice daily.
Fennel seeds twice daily too.
All theses i got from pipingrock in a sale.
I didn't need a testosterone blocker as im very low T naturally.
Someone else might help you more.
