Well sort of, my idea of losing weight is to just starve which makes it very difficult to start eating again because...well it is. Not healthy! But exercise, squats? Squats especially if done with heavy weights will cause the body to produce natural steroids which will enhance stamina and muscle development. You don't have to believe me, of course not and it does sound absurd that a particular exercise may produce natural steriods but well, it's the fact as I believe it to be. To be feminine we really want skinny arms and legs, no manly muscle.
