Sorry for posting on a three month old thread, but I don't get around these parts much.
PM/DIM has been my main regimen since I switched from BO.
Gauging supplemental effectiveness is... hard. Best I can say is I've seen some growth with PM/DIM. How much DIM aided in that I cannot say.
But the fact that I'm here checking out other options to pair with PM also suggests that I believe things could be going better. But gauging supplemental effectiveness is hard and could things be going better because DIM isn't effective...? or because my dosing is off...? or because my body is old and creaky and resistant to change...? or because I'm big and fat and change at normal speeds just don't feel notable on my body?
