I've noticed a trend, where many people on HRT on forums like Reddit, are very ANTI the use of herbs like PM etc.

Stating that they are not only dangerous, but just simply don't work. At best they will temporarily inflate your breasts somewhat, but all this growth will vanish when you stop.

What is the truth here everyone?? I don't like reading things like this it worries me. What is happening really?

if theyre saying that, they should go off HRT for a month and see what happens. their titties won't be long for the world.
