Herbs work. They say that they are unsafe. HRT can cause blood clots and cancer. People have died from HRT. Is that safe? I have been taking herbs for almost 2 years. Others here have been taking them longer. If you are going to take them, stick with name brands that are recommended on this site. Or ask someone here.

They also say that vacuum pumping for bigger breasts doesn't work. Check out the Noogleberry forum:

This is very interesting about the breast pumping. Something I've never considered. I'm going to look into it.

Also, yes what you say about the safety of HRT makes a lot of sense too. I was in a bit of a panic when I wrote my post, so I've realxed a bit now. I think the herbs can work for me, for now.
