People on HRT being very dismissive of herbs like PM

Your health concerns are real.  I suggest you start slow (recommended by many on this forum) and maybe at a reduced dose to see if your body has any adverse reactions to the herb of choice.  You can always increase the dose later.  Blood pressure and blood thinning are real issues.  If you have any medical issues, be aware of herbal interactions with your prescription drugs or your medical condition.  Checkout medical websites like webmd and rxlist.
