Lol, about 3 days post op I had a woodie that lasted 2 days...kidding, it was intermittent throughout the day though. This was my body's reaction to the loss of testosterone, a.k.a negative feedback. I read a comment from someone that had an orchi and they stated how they had immediate relief from the loss of T. This wasn't the case for me though, I was on pain meds (yay)...however it took about a week to feel that relief of T, and it was incredible.
